No matter if you’d like to join us early for sunrise or sunset, or perhaps a special occasion, our Spa Days are here to make sure you make the most of our facilities and leave feeling relaxed and restored.

2pm - 5pm

Winter Warmer 2pm-5pm

Our Winter Warmer package, available Monday to Wednesday between 11am-2pm or 2pm-5pm, offers a relaxing experience with full use of the facilities along with your choice of a 30-minute or 60-minute treatment. Treatment options include an Indian head massage, facial, back, neck and shoulder massage, or a pampering treat combining half a facial and half a massage. Robe, towel, and slippers are provided for added comfort. This offer is running now through February, excluding all school holidays.

1pm - 6pm

Pamper and Pizza for two

Whether joining us as a couple, as friends, or as family – you can take some quality time out together to relax, unwind and forget the stresses of daily life with our Pamper & Pizza For Two Spa Day (available 7 days a week).

Arriving at 1pm, your day will consist of full use of the spa & gym facilities until 6pm, with a 60-minute massage together in our couples treatment room, all before heading out for pizza at The Weir restaurant which is just a short stroll from the W Club (£15 credit towards dinner per person).

10am – 2pm

Christmas Spa Day

Join us for a festive Spa day during December; treat yourself, family or friends to a pampering Christmas experience, including a 60 minute festive treatment.

Treatment options:

Festive back ritual
Experience a therapeutic back cleanse followed by exfoliation with Gaia’s own unique body scrub, before Gaia’s warming mud mask blended with ginger and cinnamon is applied in sweeping motions to detoxify and cleanse. The back is massaged with hot stones using Gaia’s strengthening body oil to warm your muscles and strengthen your immune system with ginger and black pepper.

Festive pampering treat
30-minute back massage with Gaia’s strengthening body oil, blended with ginger and black pepper this warming body oil will strengthen your immune system and enhance your focus and positivity. Followed by a 30 minute facial and scalp massage to ease tension leaving you moisturised, relaxed and pampered.

10am - 4pm

Spa Party Package

Our Spa Party Package is the ultimate way to celebrate any occasion with a larger group of friends and family. Available Monday-Saturday, you’ll arrive at 10 am and will be with us until 4 pm.

During that time, you’ll have exclusive use of the outdoor hot tub and spa lounge, with full use of the pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. Your day includes a 45-minute Gaia Jade Facial or Bespoke massage treatment in our spa, with the option to upgrade your treatments to 60 minutes at a cost of £25 per person.

You’ll be able to enjoy a buffet lunch and 3 bottles of Prosecco to help you celebrate.

This Spa Package is available for 8 to 12 guests and robes/slippers are provided for all.

Swim, Spa & Dine

Enjoy full use of the thermal facilities which include; Hydrotherapy Pool, Sauna, Experience Showers, Steam Room and Swimming Pool. You can then choose a 45-minute treatment from the Gaia Jade Facial, a Bespoke Massage, Indian Head Massage or Salt Scrub, before enjoying a light lunch at The Weir restaurant which is a short stroll away from The W Club, overlooking the Bude canal. You’ll depart at 3pm.

Celebrate at the W

Arrive for your celebration with your welcome glass of Prosecco or ‘Nosecco’, and enjoy full use of the thermal facilities which include; Hydrotherapy Pool, Sauna, Experience Showers, Steam Room and Swimming Pool. Then choose a 45-minute treatment from our menu; Gaia Bespoke Massage, Indian Head Massage, Salt and Oil Scrub or Jade Facial.

4pm - 7pm

Sunset

Arrive at 16.00 for your welcome juice, enjoy full use of the thermal facilities which include; Hydrotherapy Pool, Sauna, Experience Showers, Steam Room and Swimming Pool. Then choose a 45 minute treatment from our menu; Gaia Bespoke Massage, Indian Head Massage, Salt and Oil Scrub or Jade Facial.

9am - 12noon

Sunrise

Arrive at 09.00 for your welcome juice, enjoy full use of the thermal facilities which include; Hydrotherapy Pool, Sauna, Experience Showers, Steam Room and Swimming Pool. Then choose a 45 minute treatment from our menu; Gaia Bespoke Massage, Indian Head Massage, Salt and Oil Scrub or Jade Facial.

All Day From 10am, 1.5hrs.

Sunday Slow Down

Our Sunday Slow Down package is perfect if you’re short on time but still want a pamper before the weekend ends… Combining a 30-minute treatment of your choice with an hour’s use of all Spa Facilities, you will leave feeling refreshed and ready for the week ahead. Treatment choices include; foot massage, Indian head massage, back, neck and shoulder massage or facial. Please note, slippers and robes are not provided for this package.
